There are a couple of new features to the PHOTO CATALOGUE - registered users can now create collections – for your own use or to share with others, it’s completely up to you. By default, collections are private. You can use this feature to identify designs you own, or would like to own! As you hover over a thumbnail, you will see Add To Collection or Remove From Collection. To review your collections, simply look at the menu along the left side of the screen within the photo catalogue (it’s the last one) – you can edit your collection if you’d like to make it public…and you also can have more than one collection. I hope you will find this useful.
Another new feature is the addition of more social media buttons under each full image (after you click on the thumbnail). If you wish, you can share on Google Plus, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr or Pinterest. Please note, photo owners still own rights & you may not use photos on eBay, other auction sites or resale venues without express permission of the owner. Use on social media is simply visually showing what interests you and sharing that with your friends…but when in doubt, err on the side of caution.
The 2013 PHOTO CATALOGUE is a work in progress; as time permits, I’m continuing adding hi-def photos and replacing existing ones with higher resolution images. This means that in some cases, the photo credit will change. as I will use the best quality photo I have permission to use. If you have any questions, please contact me, as I’ve made every effort to ensure photos are used with permission. To access photos, click on this link or photo above.... The Hi-Def photos make contributions even more important, as I am replacing old images with new and better ones…you won’t see those as new images, but they are important to the overall usefulness of this catalogue. As always, thank you for your contributions, as this catalogue would not be what it is without your own photos!
Registered users can now upload a photo - but if you have quite a few, please contact me & we’ll make other arrangements, as this one will only upload one at a time. And If you would like your name or username added to the Thank You page, please Contact Me. No worries, if you wish to remain anonymous, you shall remain so.
A bit about registration…it’s a little confusing, as you need to register twice – once from the home page here and once inside the catalogue here; I’d suggest using the same password! However, you only have to do this once, and registering does give you browsing options that aren’t available if you remain an anonymous guest. Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance if you need help in the registration process, and note that your information will never be shared.
We had over 9,800 visits in the past month, with 5,941 unique visitors, who visit an average of 8 pages.

Hi, I know of one other instance where the host server “banned” a user for multiple pages loading within a VERY short period of time. It must be due to a glitch somewhere, either on the host server or a stuck key, perhaps. I’m told this should not happen after signing in & the host recognizes a registered member. It’s worth noting that I keep all registration private; it is not shared. If you continue to have a problem, please contact the webmaster & I will escalate through tech support.

Hello, somehow it all has worked out. Maybe there were just teething problems immediately after logging in for the 1st time, but it all seems to work now fine. Love the site, wonderful reference tool. Thank you Denise.

Hello, I have just today completed my registration from the “home” site. As I have sent a few photos of my scarves which were placed on the site, I wanted to look at the “Recently added photos” and suddenly I got a blank page and a message “IP 95.49.35.127 banned for abuse” (my IP).The same happened when I tried “2013 photo Catalogue”. May I add that before I have registered, still this morning, those 2 windows have opened without any problems. All the remaining ones are still not blocked to me. Can you please kindly tell me what could have happened and who or what has blocked my access to the part of your website, and if anyone else has had similar problems. I am not aware of doing anything that could contravene this wonderful website’s laws (hardly even would have had the time to do it!), and have no idea how to return to the full access which was previously available.

I am trying to find out if my Mother’s Hermes scarf is vintage and if it was reissued in more than one colorway. The name of the scarf is Panache Fantaisie and we have the cream version with a chartreuse border. Other colors in the scarf are aqua,yellow and peach. I have seen the one with the red border but not the one we have.
